Tania Smith

Tania is one of those intrinsically organised people with an eagle eye for detail. 

Her previous project management experience in the IT, Events, Charity and Residential industries brings a wealth of experience and a structured perspective to our projects and operations.  From co-ordinating the refurbishment of a charity’s headquarters and the building of their 12 new apartments to running corporate events, Tania’s experience, strong communication and organisational skills are invaluable.

Tania has a calm, confident and proactive nature along with a natural ability to navigate many moving parts which makes her an indispensable member of the Alexandra Young team.
