London Pied-a-Terre

We’re thrilled to share our latest project for a repeat client, who sought to transform their pied-à-terre apartment in London into a warm and inviting space. Although the apartment was not huge, our goal was to make every inch count, creating a functional and stylish environment that would feel like a true home whenever they visited. To achieve this, we incorporated a partition window to share light between spaces but keep them separate, bespoke joinery, a cosy dining nook, a compact yet efficient hand-built kitchen, and stunning statement curtains that perfectly complement the apartment’s huge windows. A mixture of complementing fabrics and practical but stylish furniture adds depth and texture throughout, enhancing the space’s inviting atmosphere. We added details such as brushed brass hardware and a bespoke fender for additional seating. The beautiful oak herringbone flooring with a brushed brass inlay ties everything together, adding warmth and character to the space. It’s a perfect blend of functionality and luxury, designed to welcome our client home every time they step through the door.

Alex and her team are brilliant. They have worked on several projects for us now and our latest one in London is the best yet. They are extremely professional, strive for perfection and manage the project from start to finish with the upmost care and attention to detail. Dealing with them is always a delight from start to finish.

Our London flat has been transformed from a tired and unwelcoming space to a sophisticated, inviting and exquisite home, with the most beautifully curated fabrics and the end result has exceeded our expectations.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and if you’re looking for a refresh or a total transformation, country or city, look no further as Alex and her team are the best.
